I have been a practicing Massage Therapist since 2005, and I have learned over the years that self-care is not a luxury. Making time for bodywork allows us the opportunity to listen to the cues our bodies are always giving us. That recurrent headache, low back pain or frequent insomnia is your

body’s way of asking for help.


With a few simple questions and a brief assessment, I can help develop a plan of care to meet your health and wellness goals. I use a variety of massage techniques to provide a balanced, therapeutic session and often introduce some home care practices to keep you going.
