- To cancel a single appointment, we kindly request a

notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in full charges at the subsequent visit and a restriction on online booking privileges.
- For appointments involving two individuals or services, full prepayment is mandatory. Refunds will be granted for cancellations made at least
48 hours
before the scheduled appointment.
- For bookings and parties of three or more people and/or services we require full pre-payment of your chosen spa services. A complete refund will be issued for cancelations made more than
72 hours
in advance.
